When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. When you use the service, we store the domains you analyze, your scan history, and domains you choose to monitor. For anonymous visitors, we store a hashed (irreversible) version of your IP address solely to enforce fair-use scan limits. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide trust reports, maintain your scan history, send domain monitoring alerts you have opted into, respond to consultation requests, and process Pro subscription payments. Transactional emails (alerts, confirmations) are only sent in connection with features you actively use.
3. Payments
Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on report pages.
5. Public Reports
Trust reports generated by the platform describe publicly available information about third-party websites and may be publicly accessible via a shareable link. Reports do not contain your personal information.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Scan history and watched domains are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us through the consultation form.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
