The customer service rep, who could barely speak English, refused to do anything for me and, when I demanded to speak to a supervisor, told me that none were available but that she would write-up a call sheet and a supervisor would call me when they were available sometime over the next three (3) days between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. A three day 36 hour window!
