Hi! I bought artika sonolock panels (mostly for the look to be honnest). They were cheap at costco so i took them, but I’d prefer not to have the black line at the panel lower junction. Do you think if i just cut it off it would give smooth results? These oak slat panels were $40/bx at my warehouse, though they&39;ve been as low as $35/bx a few months back. I wanted to use full length slats like Artika panolok or similar acoustic panels sold at floor and decor, but it would have been at least $300 more in material cost. To simulate the look, I cut away the extra felt spacer so the panels would meet slat-to-slat. Installation was easy. I used a laser level to line up each panel, then screwed each panel right onto the wall. The included drywall screws hold the panel on quite securely, even without drilling into studs or using anchors and g

I saw these in warehouse a couple weeks ago and was really on the fence. We have a patio without electricity and have wanted some solar powered lights so that we can enjoy later evenings outside. I pulled up the item on the app and saw that the reviews were less than great, with complaints about weird plastic wrap, horrible assembly, and poor connections. I decided to make the leap anyway, and kept my receipt in case I needed to return. I think the manufacturer listened to the reviews and comments because the product is completely different than the pics and PITA descriptions others described.

For those who bought and have installed these, how long did it take before yours no longer off-gassed? It’s been close to 8 weeks and the acrid smell hasn’t gone away and we had these (unboxed, placed with plenty of free air, but not installed) in a room with open window, open door, and a fan going practically non-stop so they could off-gas before install. Yes it has decreased some (there are enough panels to fill one wall), but not to the point where we feel ok to install them. Seriously, anyone have luck with getting these to stop off-gassing? &32; submitted by &32; /u/Oh-No-RootCanal

Refund policy We offer refunds, exchanges, and a few flexible options so you can choose what works best for you. Return & Exchange Window We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Your Resolution Options Option 1: Full Store Credit (with 2-year expiration) Receive 100% of the product value as store credit for a future purchase upon proof of cut wires No return handling fee or transaction fee is deducted. Store credit expires 2 years from the date it is issued. You must be logged in using the same email address we used to communicate with you / the email on your past order, so the credit can be applied to your account. Option 2: 25% Refund & Keep the Item As a one-time courtesy, you can receive a 25% refund and keep the product. There is no need to return the item. This is ideal if the product isn’t exactly what you expected but is still usable for you.
