All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Artuvate before the item can be shipped back. 2. 365‑Day At‑Home Trial You may try your Artuvate device for 365 days from the date of delivery. If you do not achieve visible or satisfactory results within this period, you may request a refund under the terms below.
