Refund policy At Battlix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product arrives and isn't exactly what you expected, we've made our return and exchange process as simple, transparent, and fair as possible. Return Eligibility If the product is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period begins on the date your saber is delivered, not the date the order was placed. Requests submitted after the 30-day period are generally not eligible under our standard return policy, although certain issues may still qualify under our warranty coverage. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused condition with no scratches, installation wear, or visible damage. All original packaging, including foam inserts, sleeves, manuals, and protective materials, must be included. The return must also contain all accessories that were originally provided.
