We’re based in Slovenia, and BeeCrafter is a small growing family business. I grew up around beekeeping because of my dad Andrej. He’s a very passionate beekeeper, and he’s the one who got me into it in the first place. BeeCrafter started from us talking about the same problems he kept dealing with every season. We wanted to create simple products that actually make beekeeping easier, not just more complicated. I’m the founder of BeeCrafter , but my dad has been a big part of the products and ideas behind it. He brings the beekeeper experience. I focus on turning those problems into better products. Every order really does mean a lot to us. Thanks for supporting BeeCrafter and trusting us with your bees. — Emmanuel, Founder of BeeCrafter STEPKO GROUP, trgovina in storitve d.o.o. &nbsp &nbsp Subscribe to our emails Join our email list to get notified on exclusive offers. This may be because of carrier delays, or running out of stock (high demand). None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country. Processing Times We want you to get your items as quickly as possible! Orders take between 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. Where can I find my tracking number? When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number. If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email at info@beecrafter.co and we'll help you out! Delivery Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be in your regular mail. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your parcel can be collected. Unexpected Delays In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. Failed Delivery If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any other costs the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded. Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item and it says delivered please contact us at info@beecrafter.co and we will do our best to investigate. &nbsp &nbsp Subscribe to our emails Join our email list to get notified on exclusive offers. Trustpilot listing for beecrafter.co. TrustScore: 3.7/5. Total reviews: 1. Review excerpt: Saw their ad on Facebook and decided to give the beehive wrap a try. Shipping was a little delayed, but their customer support was really helpful. The wraps honestly ended up being better than I expected. The material feels really good quality and they fit my Langstroth hives perfectly, which was the main thing I was worried about. Definitely worth it so far. Now just waiting to see how the bees do through winter and into spring!
