Currently I am in the market for an Bike and stuck between the these two options which I have found on sale at my LBS. Turbo Vado 3.0 $3199CAD Cube Kathmandu hybrid one e500 $3699CAD I will be mainly using it on pavement and some packed gravel trails, some small hills. I would like to add a Thule seat for my toddler so this will add some weight. The motor on the Cube is intriguing but being an older model it does not have the Bosch smart system. CiteCycles Langley where I bought the Aventon Sinch told me that they didnt have any inventory available for any of the accessories for Sinch. Seems to be the case with their 2 remaining other outlets in the Vancouver area. Aventon.com support told me that they are able to ship only non electronic items like Fenders etc. to Canada. (not sure what&39;s the exact reason). So I am now left wondering where do I get this Display from? In around the 3k CAD area, this Cube model has been the best contender of what we’ve tried so far: Use is commuting roughly 25km per day with a couple decent hills. I would like to talk about the rise in e-scooter in Vancouver’s bike lanes. Is it legal, is it good or bad. First off, I’m not talking about bicycles with motors, but electric moped looking scooters with that have pedals. Eg. First question are they legal? I hear one of the ads on the peak radio that they are legal. But I thought I better look it up. The city of Vancouver makes it pretty clear with that is allowed in the protected bike lanes. These include: Bikes, Electric-assisted bikes, Skateboards, push scooters, rollerblades, and skates.
