The Users should observe the list of Prohibited/Restricted Items and Activities, as stated in the “PROHIBITIONS AND LIMITATIONS” section hereof. 2.7 Difmark is not responsible for the obligations that may occur between Seller and Buyer with respect to Products and shall not act as a guarantor of the Seller’s obligation to transfer the Product to the Buyer.
