Return Information All returns are subject to the manufacturers return policy. Accessories and Upgrade Components are not returnable under any circumstances. Check out the links above for further information on each brand's return policy. Most bikes have a 15-30 day return period depending upon manufacturer. The customer must first email eBikeJOY! if they wish to initiate a return. All returns incur a 30% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling return charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option. If a "free shipping" option was used to ship the order to the customer, this shipping fee will be deducted from the returned items total. All returns are sent back to the manufacturer not eBikeJOY!.
