Refund policy Refund, Return & Warranty Policy – Flickled At Flickled, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@anieva.shop within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will make it right. All product defects and malfunctions are additionally covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty regardless of when they are first reported (see below). Lost or Stolen Packages Flickled is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing return or damage requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported within the timeframe stated in this policy. Returns We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once a product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return unless it qualifies under our warranty. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Non-Refundable Situations We do not issue refunds for: Change of mind on opened or used products Incorrect selection by the customer (color, model, or variant) Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse Packaging & Presentation Product packaging may vary from what is shown in promotional images or videos. Any boxes, cases, or display packaging featured in our marketing content are for illustrative purposes only and are not guaranteed to be included with your order. Packaging is subject to availability and may change without notice. The absence of specific packaging is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund, return, or warranty claim. Shipping Protection Shipping Protection is a digital add-on service and is non-refundable once the order has been placed, regardless of the outcome of the order. By adding Shipping Protection at checkout, you acknowledge that this charge will not be reimbursed under any circumstance. 30-Day Limited Warranty We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or canceled. European Union – Right of Withdrawal If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
