Even after forewarning, my friend went ahead & purchased this EUROPEAN NAMED MADE IN CHINA IMPORTED TO INDIA junk which is criminally over priced! Don&39;t fall for such traps ! I have alerted Amazon India about the Seller who is a repeat offender - a fraud who writes GIORDANO has an Indian origin. The reality is these cheap watches are being ordered in bulk & flooded in Indian market. Refund policy EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY Giordano is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, please exchange/refund it at any Giordano store in your country. Terms & Conditions All items must be returned new, unused, and with all Giordano and garment hangtags still attached. Giordano will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, and innerwear like 3 in 1 Pack Tee's), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and things being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed, or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.) Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items that were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded. Giordano will not refund or exchange the items if it's worn or washed. If the stocks are not available due to some technical glitch online and only a few items are available online so out of stock items will be canceled and money will be refunded. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied. Regarding exchanges (International), you will need to bear the one-way courier fee for sending the item(s) to our office. Goods returned to you will be sent using our complimentary courier service. If the product is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer. The appropriate amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days. Shipping Policy All shipments are delivered through our Shipping Partner - SkyEx. Shipping within the UAE: Free shipping on orders above AED 150. A flat rate of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150. Delivery typically takes 2 - 4 working days (excluding Holiday and Weekend Off). Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation notice is received before the order has been processed/approved. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Order Tracking: Customers will receive an email confirmation upon order processing. Once the Air Way Bill (AWB) number is generated, customers will receive email and mobile notifications. Shipping policy SHIPPING POLICY All shipments will be delivered through our Shipping Partner - SkyEx Shipping will be free on all orders above AED150, otherwise, there will be an AED15 charge per shipment. (UAE ONLY) If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not already been processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (if paid by credit/debit card). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out, still wants to cancel then we will not refund the shipping cost. Shipments within the UAE will take 2 - 4 working days, for international deliveries will take 12 to 15 working days (as of now we are not delivering internationally). Customers will receive an email confirmation on their registered email once their order is processed. Once AWB (Air Way Bill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number & can be tracked on the Shipper websites. Customers can track their shipments on the shipping company's website by using the AWB number supplied. Links are Aramex - \- SkyEx Shipping is calculated based on the weight/volume of the packed items and the selected destination country.
