Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. Important Notice You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any activity that occurs under your account, including bidding or purchasing vehicles. 4Prohibited Activities Users may not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of our services. Unauthorized data scraping or content retrieval Publishing harmful, misleading, or illegal content Framing or reproducing content without permission Attempting to access restricted areas or systems 514-Day Inspection, Returns & Refunds The Buyer shall have fourteen (14) calendar days from confirmed delivery to inspect and test the Vehicle and provide written notice of acceptance or rejection. If the Buyer rejects the Vehicle during the inspection period, the Buyer shall be refunded the Purchase Price in full within twenty-four (24) hours of the Vehicle being successfully returned to Grand Valley Motor Group’s warehouse. Grand Valley Motor Group shall arrange for return transportation via its approved carriers. The Purchase Price will be securely maintained in escrow during the 14-day inspection period until the buyer accepts the vehicle and signs the final documentation. The Purchase Price may be released to Grand Valley Motor Group earlier only if the Buyer accepts the Vehicle and authorizes release in writing, allowing the transaction to be completed. 6Disclaimers Your use of the service is at your own risk.
