Every item we make is 100% gluten-free and seed oil free. We also avoid refined sugars and use only high-quality, natural ingredients. Do you offer meals for specific diets like Keto or Paleo? Absolutely. We clearly label all our items by diet type (Keto, Paleo, Vegan, etc.) and are happy to help guide you toward the best options for your lifestyle. Do you ship nationwide? Yes—we currently ship a curated selection of non-perishable items such as snacks, pantry goods, and spreads across the U.S. We’re working on expanding to include shipping for meals and other perishable items soon—stay tuned! Saved customer comments (not independently confirmed): I tried the pumpkin cauliflower risotto and the kabocha soup, which are 2 of their fall specials. Unfortunately, both dishes fell a little flat in terms of flavor and felt like they were missing something. A bit more seasoning and depth would have really helped bring them to life. The kabocha soup was also very thin and watery, and I would have preferred a thicker, creamier consistency. The risotto had too many carrots, which seemed to overpower the other ingredients and made the dish feel a little unbalanced. I really appreciate that Locanut allows you to customize dishes, especially since I have food sensitivities and dietary restrictions. Having that flexibility means a lot and makes it easier for me to find options I can enjoy. However, communication was also a bit disappointing, as I reached out in advance via both email and social media with a few questions but never received a response. I really wanted to love everything, but unfortunately, the food and communication didn’t quite meet my expectations. | Gio is so friendly and welcoming, and shared a lot about the menu! We got the avocado toast and chia pudding. I recently beat an incurable form of blood cancer with just a little radiation and eating organic gluten, free, dairy free and a mediterranean type diet. Many places try to be healthy, but very few walk the walk, reasonable price point while giving incredible quality well sourced ingredients. The other night I had a $29 Branzino, in a healthy ginger, turmeric broth with vegetables. That was INCREDIBLE. I would have paid fifty dollars for in a fine restaurant, and it was better than any fine restaurant. The service is great, The waiter Gio and manager Ron are incredible human beings interested in creating a wonderful vibe for the restaurant. Healing non inflammatory foods can heal your body and your soul. Locanut is the REAL DEAL! RUN DON'T WALK TO LOCANUT.
