STANDARD DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS FOR BOTH CALGARY AND EDMONTON Routes are generated based on the most the efficient way - We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for your order, or accommodate requests for a specific delivery time. You will receive the following alerts via text and/or email > An estimated delivery window of 2 hours (you are scheduled in the middle of that window. > An alert when your delivery is approximately 30 minutes away and you can see where the driver is. > An alert when the order is delivered. We do NOT ring or knock since everyone has dogs, and we rely on the alerts to notify you. Please ensure that you have made arrangements to get your order to your freezer as soon as it's been delivered. Consider placing a suitably-sized cooler box (or freezer) in a conspicuous place on your doorstep where we can place your order. You must include in your order notes to put into the cooler. All deliveries are made to the first point of access at the delivery location (front step/porch, outside gate, main complex door, concierge, etc.). Due to insurance liability, the drivers are generally unable to enter houses or apartment buildings. Attention Apartment Deliveries!!
