I&39;ll be doing the other later this year. So, I&39;m finalizing to make sure everything is ready. So, here is my question today. Someone contacted me saying they&39;d been in touch with my surgeon and was offering a cryotherapy machine. She was a lovely woman who said she&39;d worked with my surgeon for 20 years. The pump on mine died 24 hours after my shoulder surgery, when I needed it most. I reached out to them around 2:00 on a Friday. My Cold Therapy wouldn’t overnight a replacement. Their CS rep was nonchalant about the whole thing. They sent one by second-day delivery. The replacement arrived 4 days later, after the acute post-surgical window when I needed it. I’m pissed at the vendor, but I suspect Breg knows their machines are poorly made: they only warrant them to work for 6 months. I ended up using old-fashioned ice bags, very disappointed. Anyone having a rotator/labrum surgery really needs cold therapy, but don’t count on Breg or this vendor. Consider old-fashioned ice bags. They’ll be there when you need them. | ⭐ 1 STAR — BUYER BEWARE My experience with My Cold Therapy was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I made more than 20 attempts to contact this company by phone and email, many of which went completely unanswered. I dealt primarily with Angela, who promised me a replacement unit that was never sent. Calls weren’t answered, emails went unanswered, and the promised replacement simply never showed up. Remarkably, one of the only times the company suddenly became responsive was after I initiated a chargeback. I was then told that Angela had been fired and was asked to discontinue the chargeback. After being unable to get meaningful help when I actually needed it, they eventually offered to replace the unit months later. This is cold-therapy equipment purchased for recovery. Offering to replace it months after it was needed completely misses the point. When someone is recovering from surgery or an injury, they need functioning equipment and responsive customer service NOW—not months later when the recovery period has passed. I was also steered away from Breg, which was criticized in favor of an Omni Ice machine. In my experience, the Omni Ice unit was an inferior product, making that recommendation even more frustrating. What bothers me most isn’t simply that there was a problem with a product. Products can fail. It’s how this company handled the problem: 20+ attempted calls and emails, a replacement promised but never sent, virtually no communication, and meaningful attention only after a chargeback was initiated. That is unacceptable customer service, particularly from a company selling equipment people may depend upon during post-surgical recovery. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way my experience was handled. Based on what I experien | don't think you can return anything. | Wish I had seen the review that recommended not ordering. I have a machine that’s from 2012, needed a new microscopic filter. They don’t have it. Ordered the wrong pad for the back, paid my own postage to exchange it (UNOPENED) and was told ‘you must have cut the bag when you originally opened it’. It was sealed when I mailed it. Now out the $45 and the postage to exchange it, so goodbye $70. Do yourself a favor and find a lesser priced QUIETER pump from the internet with decent customer service because you won’t find that here. | Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this company. They will intentionally not make it easy to return a product. I had a back surgery and needed to get a back wrap connection to one of their ice machines. I paid for 2 day shipping (which they did not do) and when it arrived because of how they packaged the product (in a plastic envelope) to get into it I had to tear it and I consequently opened the plastic wrap on the outside of the product. The product I ordered came in two packets. It ended up not fitting my ice machine hookup and I wanted to return. It hasn’t been used and the connection portion had not been opened. I explained this and took pictures to show how the product looked. They said they’d give me a portion of my $100 back, so $59, after a 20% restocking fee ($20) and me paying for shipping back to them. (Cheapest is $19). So they’ll give me $20 back on a $100 plus purchase. Horrible customer service, go to amazon, it’s easier and with better refunds when the product isn’t the right fit. | Great customer service from Angela. Found their on Amazon and called for info on a cold therapy machine. She had one open box item not used and I bought it in the spot! | Really liked Steve and got great service. These products are truly lifesavers. | Fabulous service. I was looking for an ice therapy system to help reduce swelling in my knee after an upcoming surgery. I looked at a few websites when I came across My Cold Therapy. Since I knew what I was looking for I found it quickly on there great website. I did have a question about the sizing so I called. I expected to be hearing some robot customer service but what I got was a REAL LIVE PERSON. The man I spoke to couldn’t have been nicer and helped me out quickly. Cancellation by the customer: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
