Shipping policy Pit Lane Sim Racing ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. After shopping around to build a good home setup on a budget for some virtual seat time during the track offseason, it became clear that there was much needed support that was missing to help navigate endless options of sim gear. Refund policy Returns Unhappy with your purchase? You may contact us at any time, and we will do our best to make it right. Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Although we cannot guarantee returns on open box items, if you have an open box item that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us and we will do our best to offer a solution.
