Refund policy Return & Refund Policy At Raven & Finch, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Items must be returned in original packaging Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs A return label must be purchased by the customer using their preferred courier We do not provide prepaid return labels Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Raven & Finch is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
