Eligible Parts : Please see the main body of your voucher, which sets out the Ford part(s) it is valid for. You cannot use the voucher in connection with any other parts or accessories. Ford Dealer : As part of the order process on the Ford Online Shop website, you have chosen a Ford Dealer who will carry out the installation of the part(s) on our behalf (“ Ford Dealer ”). Ford Online Shop delivers to addresses in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). Do you deliver to addresses outside of Great Britain? We do not ship products to addresses outside Great Britain, including Northern Ireland. Do I have to pay for delivery? Ford Online Shop offers free standard delivery on orders of £25 or more. Delivery fees apply for orders less than £25 (Standard Delivery: £3.90). Delivery is completed by one of our appointed logistic providers in accordance with the timescales outlined below. How soon will I receive my order? If you purchase parts that do not require fitting at a Ford Dealer, the parts will be shipped directly to you at the address provided at checkout. Orders will be dispatched within 3-working days (Monday to Friday) if placed before 11am. However, due to current supply constraints as well as expanded safety measures, there could be delays to the standard dispatch times. We will contact you should your order be impacted by such delay. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email which includes a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 2 working days from dispatch, so your parts should arrive to your address within 2 to 5 working days from the date you received your order confirmation. If you purchase a part with fitting from Ford Online Shop, your parts will be delivered direct to the Ford Dealer that you selected at checkout. Once you place your order, you should contact the Dealer to arrange an appointment, allowing 3-4 working days for delivery of the parts to the Dealer.
