Estimated Delivery Times The delivery estimate for each order is shown during purchase or supplied in the order confirmation. Some marketplace offers have estimated delivery periods of approximately 7–10 working days, while other offers differ. An estimate is not a waiver of the consumer&8217;s statutory rights. SHOPPYDEALS LTD — company number 12345722, incorporated in England and Wales. Its registered office is the address currently recorded at Companies House. The companies are separate legal persons. ShoppyDeals Marketplace operates within the wider Shoppy Group business ecosystem. Products may be sold directly by ShoppyDeals Ltd or independent professional marketplace sellers. The contracting seller is identified in the offer and transaction information as required by law. Each company and seller retains its own legal obligations. 3. Accounts and Security Customers must provide accurate order details and protect their account credentials. We may perform proportionate security and fraud checks where justified, without extinguishing rights under existing contracts. 4. Product Information Product listings describe the condition, specification and price of the goods. Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished or Used condition must be correctly represented where applicable. Authentic customer reviews and fair criticism, including negative reviews, are welcome. Moderation may address fake reviews, harassment or unlawful content, but criticism alone is not grounds for removal. 14. Review excerpt: I ordered two SSDs from SHOPPYDEALS LTD on 19 July and paid at checkout through GoCardless, which takes you to your banking app to approve a bank transfer. Order reference: 713904. Review excerpt: No item, No refund, No communication. They make you pay by bank transfer, which in my case meant I could not even claim back from my bank the full amount I paid to them by reporting them as a scam. Review excerpt: I have sent many many messages asking for an ETA and then a refund but since that one interaction I have hearts absolutely nothing from them. Review excerpt: The company never had my item in stock. My first email i was offered a refund which I said I'd like one, after that they never replied to any of my emails and never gave me a refund.
