Hey earbud enjoyers! I&39;ve been a big enjoyer of SkullCandy earbuds for the last 10-12 years. Mostly because I&39;ve never had a bad experience with them, and they tend to stay below $100. Crusher 1080s are faulty, no ANC and no Bose sound supported. They stutter, crash, and don&39;t play audio. Skullcandy has no customer service, only an AI agent. It created tickets for me, but nobody responded to my emails. There&39;s no phone number, no email. My only resolution is an RMA, where I have to pay return shipping for this faulty product they shipped me. I know, I know. Obviously the buds don&39;t justify their MRP tag of 21999. But, for 1999, I don&39;t think that I&39;ll get better buds with decent audio and ANC. I was previously using Jabra Elite 4 Active for the past few years which is handsdown one of the best buds for around 5k. Coming from that, this feels like a downgrade in terms of the fit as well as the quality. Just got the Hesh Ancs a couple weeks ago and they sound great with a full, clean, and high quality sound. They’ve got a 1 year warranty and long battery life as well. only thing I’d say is the ANC has this static pop when it gets super loud around the area. and is doesn’t completely mute everything out. I’ve heard so many people say how bad Skullcandy is, but in me and my friend’s experiences there’s hardly anything wrong with them. especially at the price point. So i’m just curious, what’s all the hate about? Ps. Tried to find a “question” tag flair for this post but none exists. &32; sub
