It applies to every order placed at this store. Where we ship We ship within the United States only. That includes all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories — Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau. We also deliver to APO, FPO and DPO military addresses (AA, AE and AP). We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States. If your delivery address cannot be selected at checkout, we do not serve that destination yet. Shipping options and cost Both options below are available on every order, with no minimum spend and no qualifying conditions. You choose between them at checkout, and the rate is shown to you before you pay. Free & Insured Shipping — $0.00. Our standard method. It is free on every order regardless of order value, and the shipment is insured in transit. Express Delivery — $75.00 flat. A faster, priority-handled option, charged at a flat $75.00 per order. All rates are in U.S. dollars. Because we ship domestically only, there are no customs charges, import duties or brokerage fees on any order. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Order processing Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been authorized and your delivery address has been verified. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the carrier name and a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. Until that email arrives, your order is still being prepared. If you have not received a shipping confirmation and would like an update, email us at contact@stando.store and we will tell you exactly where your order stands. Tracking your order Every shipment is tracked. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow the parcel. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after the label is created, so a tracking number that shows no scans yet is normal. If your order contains more than one item, the items may be dispatched in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking number, and you will receive a confirmation email for each one. Delivery addresses Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. We ship to the address exactly as you enter it, and we are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If you spot a mistake, contact us at contact@stando.store immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will correct it. If it has already shipped, we will help you work with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee the parcel can be recovered or redirected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
