Sent numerous emails requesting a refund, no response. Steer clear, do not use. Stupidly I didn't check Trustpilot! In the end, I had to request a refund through my bank, and eventually it was received. I got sucked into a facebook marketing campaign for the goods and stupidly never checked Trust Pilot (which I usually do) only to find, this is how they operate. Avoid at all costs!
