Return Policy ahliji accepts returns of defective and non-defective products under the conditions below. Return Window You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including when you change your mind about a purchase. Contact us within this period to initiate your request. Once we provide return instructions, send the item within 14 calendar days. If our response is delayed, your eligibility will be based on the date you first contacted us. Return Conditions For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with included accessories, labels, and original product packaging. Shipping Policy This policy explains ahliji’s delivery coverage, shipping costs, processing times, and assistance with delivery issues. Shipping Destinations We ship to physical residential and business addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Shipping Costs Standard shipping is free for all eligible orders. No minimum purchase is required. Order Processing Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday–Friday. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are treated as received on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Central Time follows CST or CDT as applicable. Transit and Estimated Delivery After dispatch, standard shipping normally takes 5–8 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 6–11 business days, including processing and transit. For orders received after the cutoff, this estimate begins on the next business day. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, and other unexpected events may affect delivery. Tracking We send a shipment confirmation to the email address provided at checkout, including available tracking information. Tracking may take up to 2 business days to show the first carrier update. Ok here we go, I am trying to keep this as honest as possible so ACTIVE RECORDERS are going in the list, and those members who are still members but inactive for one reason or another (life) will be in that list.
