Find Their Thing Why Tees Mitchells Tees Mitchells started with a simple observation about families: nobody in them is the same person. One of us quotes cartoons at dinner, one collects bad puns, one still argues about which decade had the best TV. A T-shirt is the quickest way to say which one you are. So we print unique T-shirts for every character in the house, from pop culture and retro art to humor only your family will get. Every shirt is printed to order in 2-3 business days and ships to US addresses in 5-10 business days. Refund & Return Policy | Tees Mitchells Misprints & Damage Shop All Funny Meme More Holiday Shirts Hometown Shirts Login / Register Loading... Skip to content If your Tees Mitchells order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email us within 10 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund it at no cost to you. Because every shirt is printed after you order it, we cannot take returns for a change of mind or for a size you chose that did not work out. What We Fix at No Cost Report any of these within 10 days of the delivery date shown in tracking: A misprint: the design is crooked, smudged, cut off, faded straight out of the bag, or not the design you ordered. A defect in the garment: holes, broken seams, stains. Damage in transit. The wrong item, color or size compared with your order confirmation. You choose a reprint or a full refund of that item. Return shipping is never on you: in most cases a photo is all we need, and you keep or donate the faulty shirt. If we ever need it back, we send you a prepaid label. What We Cannot Take Back A change of mind, or a gift the recipient did not love. A size you picked that turned out too big or too small. The Size Guide and the chart on each product page are there to help before you buy. Small color differences between your screen and the printed shirt. Monitors and phones show colors differently, and ink on cotton is a little softer than pixels. Wear and tear after washing against the Care Instructions, such as ironing straight over the print or drying on high heat. Packages lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout. How to Request a Reprint or Refund 1. Email support@teesmitchells.com within 10 days of delivery. 2. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. 3. Attach one or two clear photos: the problem up close, and the whole shirt laid flat. We reply within one business day, Monday through Saturday. Reprints go back into production and follow the normal timeline on our Shipping Policy. Refunds Approved refunds go back to the Visa or Mastercard you paid with. We process them as soon as your claim is approved, and your bank usually takes 5-10 business days to show the credit. For a misprint or damage on part of an order, we refund that item; if the whole order is affected, we refund the shipping too. Cancellations and Changes Need to cancel or change a size, color or address? Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not gone to print, we cancel or change it and refund the difference in full. Once printing starts, the order cannot be stopped, and the rules above apply. Custom Content If a Product lets you submit Custom Content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights or break any law. You give us a limited license to reproduce the Custom Content only to make and ship your Order. You are solely responsible for Custom Content, and you agree to indemnify Tees Mitchells LLC against any claim arising from it. We may refuse any Custom Content we believe infringes rights, is unlawful or is hateful, without giving a reason. 9\. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to commit fraud. 10\. Delivery Time: 5-10 Business Days in the US Once the package leaves the printer, it takes 5-10 business days to reach an address in the United States. | Stage | Business days | | --- | --- | | Printing and packing | 2-3 | | US transit | 5-10 | | Total, checkout to doorstep | 7-13 | If your order mixes styles, say a tee and a hoodie, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate boxes with separate tracking numbers. You pay shipping once, at the rate below. Shipping Rates United States $9.00 for the first item, plus $2.00 for each additional item in the same order. One shirt ships for $9.00, three shirts for $13.00, five for $17.00. There is no order minimum that waives the fee right now; the formula is the same for every US cart. International International rates are a base fee plus a per-item fee, and checkout shows the exact total before you pay. | Destination | Base fee | Per item | | --- | --- | --- | | Canada, United Kingdom | $12.00 | $3.00 | | Germany | $11.00 | $2.00 | | Other European Union countries, Australia | $15.00 | $5.00 | | All other countries | $35.00 | $5.00 | International packages typically arrive 7-15 business days after production. Order Tracking When your package ships, we email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after the label is created. You can check status any time on Track Your Order. Customs, Duties and Taxes Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by the destination country. Those charges are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are paid by the recipient. If a package is refused because of these charges, we cannot refund the shipping cost. Delays, Lost Packages and Address Problems Carriers slow down around Black Friday, the December holidays and bad weather. We cannot control carrier delays, but we will chase them with you. If tracking has stopped moving or says delivered when nothing arrived, email support@teesmitchells.com with your order number. We work with the carrier and our print partner, and if the package is confirmed lost we reprint or refund it. Double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can fix it until the order goes to print. More answers are in the FAQ, and the rules for misprints and damage are in the Refund & Return Policy. About Us | Tees Mitchells, Unique T-Shirts Since 2026 Skip to content Tees Mitchells is an independent US apparel store that designs unique T-shirts for people who would rather not blend in: cartoon-style pop culture, jokes that land, and shirts that tell the family apart. Every shirt is printed to order after you buy it. We opened in 2026, and the store is run by Tees Mitchells LLC from Saratoga Springs, New York. What We Make Graphic tees first, plus hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, tanks and kids’ sizes for the smaller cast members. The designs lean toward Saturday-morning cartoon energy, TV and movie nostalgia, gaming, retro art and plain old silliness. Good places to start: Movie and TV Shirts, Family Shirts, Funny Shirts and Retro Shirts. One honest note about the pop-culture side. Those designs are fan art and parody, drawn by us. We are not connected to any studio, network, game publisher or character owner, and you will never see us pretend otherwise. Why Every Family Member Gets Their Own Shirt Every family has a cast. There is the one who quotes cartoons at dinner, the one who laughs at their own pun before finishing it, and the one who has been “retired from fun” since about 1998. Put them all in the same matching shirt and the photo loses its funniest part. That is the idea Tees Mitchells is built on. Every member of a family is their own character, and a T-shirt is how that character shows. Quirks and all, we make being different the whole point. So instead of one design in five sizes, we would rather help you find five different shirts that still look like they belong to the same weird, lovely household. How a Tees Mitchells Shirt Gets Made Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you. When you check out, your design goes to our US print partners, who print it onto a blank shirt in the size and color you picked. Printing takes 2-3 business days. After that, the package spends 5-10 business days in transit inside the US, and you get a tracking number by email when it leaves. Printing to order means fewer unsold shirts headed for a landfill and a print that is fresh when it lands on your porch. It also means a little patience. The full walkthrough is on How It Works, and rates are on our Shipping Policy. Who Is Behind the Store Tees Mitchells LLC, 34 Old Deer Camp Rd, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, United States. That is our mailing address, not a shop you can walk into. Real people read the support inbox, pick the designs and deal with the occasional misprint ourselves. What You Can Count On Real timelines. We tell you 2-3 business days to print and 5-10 to deliver in the US, because that is what it takes. A fix when we mess up. If a shirt shows up misprinted, damaged or wrong, tell us within 10 days of delivery and we reprint or refund it at no cost. Details are in our Refund & Return Policy. A straightforward checkout. We take Visa and Mastercard through a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. No made-up hype. No fake reviews, no invented sales counts, no borrowed logos. Say Hi Questions, size panic, or a family member you need a shirt for? Email support@teesmitchells.com or use the Contact page.
