Return & Refund Policy Return & Refund Policy At Texas Frontier Store, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first. This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Australia, and Canada. Return & Exchange Period Customers may contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to request a return, exchange, replacement, or refund. We usually respond within 24–48 hours. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, in its original condition, and properly packed for return shipping.
