Terms of Service Last updated: September 25, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unitrevive.ca (the "Site") and the rental unit turnover services ("Services") provided by UnitRevive ("UnitRevive," "we," "us," or "our"), a business operating in Calgary, Alberta. By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. It does not replace a signed service agreement or work order for a specific job. 1\. Services Described UnitRevive provides rental unit turnover services including cleaning, painting, drywall repair, flooring, handyman repairs, minor plumbing and electrical work, locksmith coordination, and junk removal for landlords, property managers, and real estate investors in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, and the surrounding area. The specific scope of work for any job is confirmed in writing (quote, invoice, or work order) before we begin. 2\. Quotes and Pricing Quotes provided by phone, email, or through the Site's quote form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the unit differs materially from what was described, and we will confirm any change with you before proceeding. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. 3\. Booking, Access, and Scheduling You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the unit for the scheduled work window (keys, lockbox code, or building access as applicable) and for disclosing known hazards (structural issues, pests, hazardous materials) before work begins. Rush turnarounds are subject to crew availability and may carry a rush fee, confirmed with you in advance. 4\. Payment Terms Payment terms (deposit, progress payment, or payment on completion) are set out in your quote or invoice. Invoices are due on the terms stated; overdue balances may be subject to a late payment charge as disclosed at the time of booking. We do not store full payment card details on our systems. 5\. Cancellations and Rescheduling We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked job. Late cancellations (inside the window confirmed at booking) may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover crew time already allocated, which will be disclosed to you before you confirm a booking. 6\. Workmanship and Limitations We carry out work to a professional standard consistent with industry practice for rental unit turnovers. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear not included in the agreed scope, or issues arising from materials or fixtures supplied by you or a third party. Any condition report or before/after photos we provide reflect the unit's state at the time of the visit, not a warranty of future condition. 7\. WCB Coverage and Liability UnitRevive crew members are covered under Alberta's Workers' Compensation Board (WCB); a clearance letter is available on request. We carry general liability coverage appropriate to the work performed. Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim, except where a limitation is not permitted by law. 8\. Website Use You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through the quote form. Content on the Site (text, images, logo) is owned by UnitRevive or used under license and may not be copied or reused without permission, except that the before/after kitchen images are explicitly labelled as AI-generated illustrations and are not photos of an actual client unit. 9\. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta. 10\.
